1 tbsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
1 floz  Jicama, slices, cooked, drained
1 each  Limes, peeled, fresh, 2"
Directions
  1. Combine salt and chili powder.
  2. Peel outer layer off of jicama. Wash and dry and slice into 1/4-inch thick pieces, 3 to 4 inches long.
  3. Slice limes into wedges. Place jicama, limes, and chili salt on a platter.
  4. To eat, rub jicamam with lime and dip in chili salt.
