Ingredients

1 each  fresh avocado
1 each  bunch broccoli
2 tbsp  fresh chopped red onion
4 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Boil or steam broccoli until very soft.
  2. In a large bowl, mash broccoli with avocado.
  3. Mix in onions, garlic, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, and cilantro until mixture resembles the consistency of mashed potatoes.
  4. Season to taste with salt.
