1 tbsp  olive oil
1 lb  orange roughy fillet
1 each  medium oranges
1 each  fresh lemons
0 1/2 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet .
  2. Arrange fillets in the skillet, and drizzle with orange juice and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
