2 tbsp  butter
4 tsp  white all purpose flour
0 3/4 cup  whole milk
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir in flour to form smooth paste.
  3. Gradually stir in milk; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat, cook 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper.
