Ingredients Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a flat dish and cover evenly with yogurt marinade.
  3. Refrigerate the chicken for at least 6 hours and up to one day.
  4. Preheat the oven broiler. Spray a broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Place coated chicken breasts on the broiler rack, and broil for 10 to 15 minutes per side until juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
