2 tbsp  peanuts
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0.3333 cup  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  ground coriander
1 tbsp  honey
0 1/2 tbsp  chili paste
1 1/2 lb  boneless skinless chicken thighs
  1. Using a food processor or blender, pulse peanuts, ginger, and cloves until finely chopped.
  2. Add in soy sauce, coriander, honey, and chili paste and puree until smooth.
  3. Pour marinade into a large bowl. Immerse chicken in liquid and fully coat both sides.
  4. Place in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat broiler.
  6. Take chicken out of liquid. Lay chicken on a foil covered baking sheet and cook 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
