8 oz  Broccoli Rabe, fresh
0 1/2 cup  cold water
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. Wash the broccoli rabe and remove any tough stems. Chop it and set it aside.
  2. Combine the water, garlic, and soy sauce in a saucepan, bring it to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe, cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until crisp tender.
