1 lb  fresh broccoli florets
1 tbsp  fresh ginger root
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  hoisin sauce
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. Trim and discard ends of broccoli stems. Cut broccoli heads into florets.
  2. In small saucepan, combine ginger, garlic, vinegar, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to boil.
  3. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and steam broccoli 5 to 7 minutes, until tender and brightly colored.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl. Spoon sauce over broccoli. Serve immediately.
