1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
0 1/4 cup  unsalted tomato juice
2 tbsp  onion flakes
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  dry mustard
2 tbsp  unsweetened ketchup
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. Brown ground beef and onions in a large pot. Drain off fat. Return beef to pot with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve on a low carb, whole grain bun, if desired.
