12 oz  cooked chicken breast
0.3333 cup  whole almonds
1 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
2 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp  dried parsley
1 tsp  seasoned salt
1 tsp  celery seeds
0.125 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 cup  white whole wheat flour
4 each  eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine chicken and almonds. Set aside.
  3. In large saucepan, combine chicken broth, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, seasoned salt, celery seed, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Bring to boil. Add flour, stir to form smooth ball.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat until smooth.
  7. Add chicken and almonds, stir.
  8. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
  9. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
