1 tsp  curry powder
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/4 tsp  hot chili oil
10 oz  cooked chicken breast, diced
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, pepper, and chili oil.
  2. Mix in the chunk chicken until well blended.
