3 tbsp  olive oil
5 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 cup  fresh cilantro
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken pieces in the hot oil until browned on all sides.
  2. Add the garlic, and continue to cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
  3. Stir in the cilantro and lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Cook just until heated through.
