4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 3/4 cup  red wine
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh basil
0 1/2 tbsp  paprika
0.3333 tbsp  garlic salt
1 pinch  salt and pepper
3 tbsp  olive oil
Directions
  1. To marinate, place chicken in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Pour wine all over and toss to coat.
  2. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Remove chicken breasts from wine (discard any remaining wine) and season with basil, paprika, garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add chicken and sauté on each side until a nice brown/red color is reached and the inside is no longer pink (20 to 30 minutes).
