1 lb  Crab, blue, raw
8 oz  cream cheese
0 1/2 cup  unsalted butter
4 oz  fresh chopped green onion
0 1/2 tsp  old bay seasoning
0 1/2 tsp  horseradish
1 each  parsley sprigs
Directions
  1. Remove excess shell from the crabmeat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, green onions, 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, and horseradish.
  3. While mixing, gradually add the crabmeat. Divide the mixture into two balls. Refrigerate the balls for at least one hour.
  4. On a piece of waxed paper, mix the parsley and remaining Old Bay Seasoning.
  5. Remove the crab balls from the refrigerator and roll them on the wax paper until they are completely coated.
