0.3333 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
0.3333 cup  Cheese, ricotta, partially skim
2 tbsp  tahini
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
  1. In food processor or blender, add all ingredients except cilantro. Process until smooth.
  2. Chop cilantro and add to dressing. Mix well and serve.
