0 1/2 cup  salted butter
1 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 lb  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, shredded
1 tsp  salt
1 pinch  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/2 tsp  hot pepper sauce
0 3/4 cup  chopped pecans
  1. In a medium size mixing bowl, blend together butter or margarine and flour.
  2. Mix in the Cheddar cheese, salt, red pepper, hot pepper sauce, and pecans.
  3. Form the dough into a roll, wrap in parchment paper, and refrigerate over night.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Slice dough into very thin wafers. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp.
