2 1/2 cup  chopped apples
0 3/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 cup  Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh
1 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0.3333 cup  seedless raisins
0 1/2 cup  mandarin oranges, canned, with juice, drained
2 tbsp  chopped pecans
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  Sour Cream, light
2 tbsp  honey
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
  1. In a large serving bowl, mix the apples, celery, grapes, peppers, raisins, oranges and pecans, toss well.
  2. In a small bowl whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon, and pour over salad, mix thoroughly.
