1 lb  cheese ravioli
2 tsp  margarine
1 1/2 tsp  crushed garlic
3 cup  fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0.3333 cup  white wine
0 3/4 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
0 3/4 cup  lowfat milk
0.3333 cup  fresh chives
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Boil a pot of water and cook ravioli according to package instructions, drain and place in serving bowl
  2. Melt margarine in a medium nonstick pan, cook garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are cooked, about 5 minutes. Add in flour, stirring constantly, cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in wine and cook for another minute. Gradually stir in stock and milk, simmer on medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Spoon over pasta and top with chives, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
