1 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp  crushed garlic
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 tsp  sesame oil
2 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  brown sugar
0 1/2 tsp  sesame seeds
0 3/4 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
18 each  fresh mushrooms (med)
  1. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients plus the sesame seeds (if using), add chicken strips and marinate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Wrap marinated chicken around one mushroom, secure with a toothpick, and place on baking sheet.
  4. Broil until chicken is cooked throughout, about 5 minutes.
