  1. Place asparagus in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Place ham slices on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, garlic, and green onions.
  5. Evenly divide mixture and spread over each slice of ham. Top each with 3 asparagus stalks and roll up.
  6. Bake until hot, about 3-4 minutes.
