1 cup  Peas, chickpea, canned
8 oz  silken tofu
2 tbsp  tahini
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/4 cup  fresh dill weed
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 oz  canned green olives
0 1/4 cup  chopped red bell peppers
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Place chickpeas, tofu, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor or blender and puree.
  2. Place in a serving bowl and stir in the dill, onions, olives, red peppers, and ground pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
