0.3333 cup  Margarine, 80% fat
0 1/4 cup  brown sugar substitute, granulated
0 1/4 cup  Sweetener, saccharin, white, granulated
1 each  eggs
1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.3333 cup  seedless raisins
0.6667 cup  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the margarine, sugar substitutes, and egg and then beat for about 2 minutes at high speed with an electric mixer.
  3. Separately, combine the flour, baking soda, powder, and cinnamon. Stir in the raisins.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture alternating with the orange juice, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. After each addition, beat with an electric mixture at low speed.
  5. Spoon the batter into an 8-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Let cool. Cut into squares to serve.
