1 each  package baker's yeast
0.3333 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/2 cup  cold water
1 each  eggs
2 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat
2 tbsp  Marmalade, orange
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/4 cup  Margarine, 80% fat
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
Directions
  1. In a large bowl dissolve the yeast and 1/4 teaspoon sugar substitute in warm water.
  2. Let stand for 5 minutes and then add the egg.
  3. Beat well at medium speed with an electric mixer.
  4. Add 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons melted margarine, marmalade, and salt, and beat until smooth.
  5. Gradually add 1 1/4 cups flour and stir until smooth to make a soft dough.
  6. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and kneed it until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  7. Place the dough in a bowl coated with cooking spray, turning to grease on top.
  8. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until the dough has doubled in bulk (roughly 50 minutes).
  9. Punch the dough down, and then press it evenly into a 9-inch round or square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  10. Combine the remaining 1 tablespoon sugar substitutes, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup melted margarine, orange rind, and orange juice.
  11. Stir well and then sprinkle over the dough.
  12. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, until it has roughly doubled in size again (about 25 minutes).
  13. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
