0 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/2 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
0 1/4 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 cup  Milk, evaporated, low fat
0.3333 cup  unsalted butter
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
2 oz  honey
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  Cherries, tart, montmorency, canned
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
  3. Add milk, butter, egg substitute, honey, and vanilla. Stir just until mixed.
  4. Pour into cooking spray coated 11x17-inch pan.
  5. Sprinkle cherries over top of chocolate mixture.
  6. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool.
  7. Cut into 12 equal size brownies.
