4 oz  sun dried tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp  crushed garlic
1 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
3 tbsp  olive oil
1 oz  pine nuts
3 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. In small glass dish, place sun dried tomatoes, cover with boiling water and let soak 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and cut into smaller pieces.
  3. In food processor or blender, place sun dried tomatoes, garlic, cold water. Process until well blended.
  4. Serve over cooked fish or chicken.
