4 oz  sun dried tomatoes
3 each  medium garlic cloves
1 oz  pine nuts
1 oz  fresh basil
0 1/2 cup  chopped parsley
3 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp  olive oil
  1. In small glass dish, place sun dried tomatoes, cover with boiling water and let soak 15 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. In food processor fitted with steel blade, place sun dried tomatoes, garlic, and pine nuts. Process until finely chopped.
  4. Add basil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until blended.
  5. With food processor running, drizzle olive oil through food tube until blended. Scrape down sides. Transfer to serving dish.
