1 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 tbsp  margarine
1 tbsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  beef broth
0 1/2 cup  whole milk
0.125 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Coat nonstick pan with cooking spray. Place pan on stovetop over high heat. and sauté mushrooms until brown, about 4 minutes; set aside.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms are browned, about 4 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to bowl. Set aside.
  3. Return pan to stove. Melt margarine. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in beef broth and milk, stirring constantly. Cook on low heat until thick, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add pepper and return mushrooms to sauce. Heat. Serve.
