Ingredients Directions
  1. Melt margarine over medium heat in a small nonstick pot. Stir in flour until smooth.
  2. Slowly whisk in milk and broth until it begins to thicken, about 3 to 4 minutes, whisk constantly.
  3. Continue to whisk and add in both cheeses, whisk until cheese melts.
  4. Serve warm.
