Ingredients Directions
  1. Saute mushrooms in butter or oil in large covered frying pan. After sauteeing, place in bowl to the side.
  2. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 inch of broth into pan. Add lemon juice and wine. If you use the sun dried tomatoes, add at this time and heat until the tomatoes reconstitute.
  3. Remove tomatoes to the mushroom bowl.
  4. Add the chicken tenderloins to the broth. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, turning the chicken once.
  5. Push the chicken to the side.
  6. Add a little cold liquid to the corn starch. Mix it and add it to the pan to thicken the broth.
  7. Add back in the mushrooms and the tomatoes. Heat for 5 mins. Ready to serve.
