15 oz  canned garbanzo beans
0.3333 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp  tahini
3 each  medium garlic cloves
2 oz  sun dried tomatoes
1 tsp  oregano leaves
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a food processor, process chick peas, yogurt, tahini and garlic until it reaches a thick consistency.
  2. By hand, stir in sun-dried tomatoes and oregano.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix.
  4. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
