3 tbsp  onion flakes
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
0.3333 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
0.3333 cup  fat free mayonnaise
2 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0.125 each  low sodium bouillon cube
2 tbsp  fat free milk
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Toast the onion flakes in a small pan over medium heat. Stir frequently for 4 minutes, remove from heat, and set aside.
  2. While the onion flakes cool, in a medium sized bowl, mix together cream cheese, yogurt, and mayonnaise.
  3. Chop green onions and add to the bowl.
  4. Add garlic and bouillon to bowl and mix until smooth.
  5. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the dip is the desired consistency.
  6. Add cooled onion flakes, lemon juice, and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix again and serve.
