16 oz  Peaches, canned, with juice, halves
0 1/2 tsp  cornstarch
0.125 tsp  ground cinnamon
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
0.125 tsp  ground cloves
0.125 tsp  grated orange peel
  1. Reserving the juice, drain the peaches, and then set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the cornstarch and spices and then stir in the peach juice and the rind.
  3. Add the peaches to the saucepan and then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and continue to simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat and serve warm.
