2 tsp  Chinese 5-spice powder
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
12 oz  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Mix together five-spice powder, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper in a large bowl. Dredge chicken in spice mixture.
  3. Arrange chicken on a cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
