0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/4 cup  hoisin sauce
0 1/4 cup  honey
1 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
2 each  medium garlic cloves
32 oz  whole loin lean pork chops
1 each  cooking spray
Directions
  1. Whisk soy sauce, hoisin, honey, pepper, and garlic together and pour into a resealable plastic bag.
  2. Place pork chops in bag and seal tightly. Chill overnight.
  3. Preheat grill.
  4. Take pork out of bag and throw out marinade. Arrange pork on a cooking spray coated grill rack.
  5. Cook 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
