1 1/2 lb  ground lamb
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/2 cup  crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tsp  fresh mint
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix lamb, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, mint, salt, pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Form into 30 round balls.
  3. Arrange meatballs on a cooking spray coated broiler pan and bake 15 minutes or until they are cooked through.
