1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  fresh basil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
4 each  fresh tomatoes
1 tbsp  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
1 each  parsley sprigs
  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  2. Lay tomatoes in mixture and coat well.
  3. Preheat grill. Arrange tomatoes, cut side down on the grill rack. Lightly coat with the rest of the marinade and then throw away marinade.
  4. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side or until tomatoes begin to become tender and lightly browned.
  5. Take tomatoes off of heat and sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
