1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  kosher salt
1 each  head Boston lettuce
0.3333 cup  chopped parsley
0.3333 cup  fresh basil
  1. Whisk together mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a large serving bowl.
  2. Tear lettuce in bite size pieces and place in bowl with dressing. Toss well to fully coat.
  3. Top with parsley and basil leaves.
