0 1/4 cup  white wine
1 tbsp  olive oil
32 oz  Fish, trout, rainbow, farmed, fillet, raw
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped green onion
2 tbsp  fresh tarragon
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  fresh dill weed
1 each  cooking spray
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Whisk together wine and oil. Coat both sides of trout with mixture. Season both sides of trout with salt, pepper, onions, tarragon, basil, and dill.
  3. Arrange trout on a cooking spray coated grill rack and cook 5 minutes or until trout is flaky. Garnish with lemon wedges.
