1 lb  ground turkey
2 tbsp  fresh basil
1 tbsp  fresh sage
1 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine turkey, basil, sage, orange juice concentrate, orange rind, salt, and pepper.
  3. Separate turkey mixture into 4 parts and form into 1/2" thick patties.
  4. Place burgers on grill rack, cook 7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
