Ingredients

1 each  cooking spray
2 oz  pancetta
1 each  medium shallots
0 1/4 cup  fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 lb  frozen haricots verts
0.125 tsp  kosher salt
Directions
  1. Heat a cooking spray coated pot or Dutch oven over medium - high heat.
  2. Saute pancetta and shallots until pancetta is crispy and shallots are soft, about 5 minutes. Pour in broth and vinegar, scraping the bottom of the pot to release any browned pieces.
  3. Stir in haricots verts. Place lid on pot and cook 7 minutes or until haricots verts are crunchy, yet soft. Take off of heat and season with salt.
