Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a broiler pan, without the rack, place potatoes, and carrots. Arrange chicken on top.
  3. In a small bowl combine soup mix, water and oil.
  4. Pour soup mix over chicken and vegetables.
  5. Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
