2 each  medium apples
2 each  medium oranges
2 each  medium bananas
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
1 tsp  ground ginger
Directions
  1. Combine the fruit in a medium bowl and then combine the orange juice and ginger separately in another bowl.
  2. Pour the orange juice mixture over the fruit and toss lightly to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
