3 cup  fresh blueberries
1 each  cooking spray
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 each  eggs
1 cup  white all purpose flour
12 oz  SPLENDA┬«
6 tbsp  Margarine, soft, 80% fat
Directions
  1. Begin by coating a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish with cooking spray and then place the blueberries in the bottom. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Combine the egg, flour, and sugar substitute. Stir the mixture until it resembles coarse meal and then sprinkle it over the blueberries.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and then drizzle the melted margarine over the top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
