Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large skillet, combine the gelatin, apple juice concentrate, water, cinnamon, and nutmeg, stirring well. Let stand for 1 minute, then cook over low heat until the gelatin dissolves.
  2. Add the apples to the skillet, cover, and continue to cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
  3. Gently stir the apples and then baste with the pan juices several times while cooking.
  4. Add the margarine and then gently stir until it melts. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the mixture until thoroughly chilled.
  6. Spoon into dessert dishes when ready to serve.
