6 cup  cold water
1 cup  orzo pasta
0 1/4 cup  fresh thyme
0 1/4 cup  fresh chives
0 1/4 cup  oregano leaves
0 1/4 cup  fresh sage
0 1/4 cup  fresh basil
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
2 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Stir in the orzo and cook for about 8 minutes, until just cooked.
  3. Place the herbs, oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the pasta and toss well. Serve hot.
