Ingredients

1 tbsp  fresh sage
6 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
2 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
3 cup  Beans, cannellini/white kidney, unsalted, canned
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the sage and garlic, and saute on medium-low heat for several minutes, until the garlic is golden. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice, and cannellini and continue to cook for about 10 minutes, until everything is hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve immediately or chill to serve later.
