32 oz  T-Bone steak, lean
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Preheat grill to high for 10 minutes, then lower to medium.
  2. Cut off any excess fat from steaks. Run steaks under cool water and dry well. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange steaks on grill, shut lid, and grill 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until desired degree of doneness. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
