29 oz  whole canned unsalted tomatoes
1 tsp  Bouillon, low sodium, dry
2 cup  fat free milk
3 tbsp  cornstarch
0.125 tsp  baking soda
2 tsp  sugar
1 tbsp  margarine
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Using a food processor or blender puree tomatoes with liquid until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large pot, add bouillon crystals, and bring to a boil.
  3. Combine milk and cornstarch in a small bowl. Stir into tomato mixture and boil, stirring continually until thick, about 1 minute.
  4. Mix in baking soda, sugar, and margarine. Continue heating 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
