Ingredients Directions
  1. Coat Dutch oven or large pot with cooking spray and heat over medium-low. Sauté onions and garlic, covered, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Mix in Splenda® and cook until onions are golden.
  3. Mix in flour and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add broth, sage, and bay leaves and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Remove and discard bay leaves.
  7. Using food processor or blender, purée soup, until creamy.
  8. Return to pot. Sprinkle with salt and peppers.
  9. Place in refrigerator or serve right away.
  10. When ready to serve, top with chives.
