0 1/2 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
6 oz  firm tofu
1 tsp  vanilla extract
2 each  Banana, medium, fresh
4 each  ice cubes
Directions
  1. In a blender, mix the orange juice, tofu, and extract on high for 15 seconds.
  2. Add in the bananas and about 4 ice cubes and blend just until ice is crushed. To thin add orange juice, to thicken add frozen banana slices. Serve immediately.
