2 each  fresh avocado
1 each  large pears
1/2 cup  chopped scallions
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt
  1. Peel and pit avocados. Cut into chunks. Place in food processor fitted with steel blade.
  2. Peel and core pear. Cut into chunks. Place in food processor.
  3. Trim ends off green onion. Cut white and 2" of green into 1/2" pieces. Place in food processor.
  4. Slice jalapeño lengthwise, remove seeds. Place in food processor.
  5. Add lemon juice and salt to food processor. Process until smooth. Scrape sides at least once.
  6. Transfer to bowl, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
