2 each  fresh avocado
1 each  large pears
2 each  fresh green onions
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt
  1. Slice jalapeño lengthwise, remove seeds.
  2. In blender combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Scrape sides at least once.
  3. Transfer to bowl, cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
